Restrictions

• Groups are from 6 to 10 people maximum
• The cost of child applies to children under 11 years of age who measure less than 1.40 meters, if they are taller they must prove their age with some identification, and must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
• The minimum height to participate in the dolphin program is 1 meter
• The dolphin program is not suitable for people with back problems or heart disease and people with reduced mobility
• People under the influence of any toxic substance or alcohol cannot participate in the activity with dolphins
• The schedule of the dolphin program is defined upon arrival in Xel-Há and can be from 09:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Additional activities with extra cost within the park are not included
• Souvenir photos and video are not included
• This tour is offered in a package and cannot be used in parts or on different days
• To use this package you must reach Xel-Há in the Delphinus transport, otherwise you will not have access to the park
• For security reasons, access to cameras and video cameras is not allowed in the wet areas of the dolphinarium
• No companions are allowed in the dolphinarium pier area
• Accompanying persons must pay the rate that includes admission to the park and transportation
